good quallityI had a bet with a friend that not only would the cart bag be of good quality but also arrive on time the looser would have to wear the bag over his head in shame... feb-7th, just like clockwork the bag arrived. it is good quality material with Velcro fasteners to hold the bag just where you want it.!! i'm hoping his bad breath doesn't stink-up my nice new cart bag L.O.L. ;-)) 5Cheap and VERY POOR Quality Lousy material, the ties don't work, the size is not correct, very disappointed, sending it back or throwing it out 1Waste of money.Very cheap quality and not large enough for a shopping cart. Even though it claims to be waterproof I have my doubts. The material seems to be the same as that uses for most reusable shopping bags like you get from Wal-Mart (the more canvas kind, not the smoother satiny type). It suits my purposes well though in that it allows me to use my card as a wheeled hamper which is exactly why I bought it. I'd say your satisfaction level will depend on what you are expecting. 4Flimsy and FloppyThis liner is made of very thin material, similar to the re-usable bags that grocery stores sell for $0.99. It fits inside the cart, but the velcro straps on the top do not do a good job keeping the liner in place. I attached it with binder clips. 1THIS CART IS STURDY, DOES STEPS WELL, WORTH EVERY PENNY!This cart is very sturdy. The wheels are strong & climb & descend steps very well. It will hold a good amount of weight, like a packed small storage/moving box. I bought the liner that fits it & dump small Items to transport. The metal does not bend!! Even my little 15 lb. dog jumped in it when it was laying flat after assembly & enjoyed a short ride. It will wheel straight on tile, wood or carpet & carpeted steps as well. The write up is accurate. I am well pleased wit h this cart & was not disappointed in the quality or performance. I have made many trips up & down a flight of steps with it carrying items to store in my loft. 5You're getting what you pay forIf you're looking for general privacy or just something to help contents from falling out of your cart, this product will do that. However if you're looking for protection from a downpour, don't count on it. This shopping cart liner might protect your cart contents from a light sprinkle but anything heavier than that will get everything wet.I purchased this to help keep smaller items from falling out of the cart, works perfectly for that. However the two straps that Velcro onto the shopping cart bars stopped holding after about two months of use.It's made out of a cheap material with poor attention to the straps but you get what you pay for.Don't expect too much out of this, it is a simple product. It works for what you need it to. 4
