    Excellent Customer Service and the Cover is Perfect I have already purchased 2 of the pillows that go with the Snuggle-Pedic Zipper Removable Pillow Cover. Neither of the pillows I purchased had a zipper on the pillow cases. I bought my pillows at different times, the oldest pillow's case recently didn't do well in the laundry and got somewhat frayed. Not in too horrible condition, but I'm rather OCD. I admit I panicked a bit, I love my pillows! But then I discovered they sell the pillow cases with zippers that would allow me to replace my pillow case and not lose my awesome pillow. Perfect! I bought one. And, I am happy to say, that's just the beginning of my review.A day after purchasing the seller contacted me and explained how the pillow case worked. I was very pleased and grateful - glad I didn't have to struggle with it then rush back and beg for info. Nope, they had it all laid out and made it super easy.I got my pillow case, replaced my torn one and my Snuggle-Pedic pillow is good as new!Excellent service! Excellent Products! I highly recommend them. Oh, and if you haven't tried the Snuggle-Pedic Pillows you are seriously missing out! As a side sleeper, I couldn't live without mine now!Lanette 5Don't skip on this when getting the pillow I have bought many pillows in my life. Never quite happy. Wasn't ever going to consider spending this much on a pillow, zipped pillow cover (to protect pillow, don't skip on that) and then the cover. I got a king size. Get a king size. What a difference! I bet these will last forever. I am VERY happy. Thanks Snuggle-Pedic! Oh and it's organic. Considering you're breathing it in day and night. I cannot say enough about it. I have major back and shoulder problems. Finally I can sleep (bought a very expensive mattress years ago, never realized I should have bought a very good pillow too). 5Better than normal body pillow cases by far --I received this product for free, in return for an unbiased review--I really like this cover. It's the same material as the pillow is made out of, just as a zipper case. I have long haired dogs and so it's nice that I can take the cover off and wash just that.When I first received the pillow, I went to a local place and got a simple, 54" body pillow cover. It fit but it compressed the pillow a great deal. Part of why I like the pillow is it's flexible and can be smooshed around to be fluffier in some places. The cover I got negated this, but it was still a 3 star pillow.So, when the seller contacted me about a free pillow case for review, I jumped at the chance. When I read it was 54" inches, I worried it would be compacted just like the current zippered slipcover.However, I'm happy to report that was not the case. The snuggle pedic cover is stretchy and allows the pillow to retain the same flexible nature while still providing the second layer of protection.I deducted one star because the zipper is a little large for my tastes. I had no issues operating the locking zipper pull, but the zipper itself is chunky and rough. This wouldn't be so bad, except the tags are on the opposite end of the pillow case. Meaning I get to choose between tags or a less-than-ideal zipper.Sure I could put a 2nd pillow case on it but I like the texture of this case enough to not cover it up.Pros:Fits the pillow perfectlySame super soft, comfortable fabricCons:Zipper a bit chunky and rough.Zipper and tags on opposite ends of the pillowcase.Bottom line:If you need a body pillowcase, either for the snuggle pedic or some other pillow, I would recommend this! The Snuggle-Pedic Body Pillow Case is GREAT and is the perfect pillow case for their body pillow! Feels exactly like the great material that's on the body pillow (soft and breathable) -- and it fits the pillow perfectly! I love that there's a zipper on it as I don't have to deal with the pillow slipping out of the case at all. The case fits perfectly and is the perfect case for the pillow! I read some other reviews where people said they didn't love that the tag/label was on the opposite side of the zipper on the case. But for me this was a non-issue. I cut the tag off and now there's no issue at all. :)Oh, and I have to give a shout out to Snuggle-Pedic and their company....they are awesome! They did offer me a free case in exchange for an honest review. But this isn't what I think they are awesome for. I find them to be a stand up company that is truly there to support their customers! They include a little note when you get the pillow and pillow case giving you their phone number and letting them know they are here to help if we have any questions. And they send an email as well saying they are available if we have any questions and they gave suggestions on how to care for their products. They are quick to respond and truly lovely people. I'm a sucker for supporting good companies....companies that actually truly care about their customers...and this company is that! I highly recommend this product :) 5I had to update, WORST zipper ever! The material used to make this cover is great. It feels very nice and soft, and it's been durable for the past two years that I've used it. I really like the feel and comfort of the material that these covers are made of.However, I had to lower the rating down to two stars. I bought the regular Queen pillow cover, and the body pillow cover. The zipper on both this body pillow cover and their pillow case covers are the WORST zippers I've ever encountered. The design leaves the zipper "rails" exposed on the ends, so that zipper head easily comes off and you can't get it back on. And the zipper head itself has two very sharp "teeth" that are part of it's construction, and they are dangerous. I've scratched my legs, and my feet. On my feet, twice, I had bad scratch gouges, deep enough that there was blood on the cover and my sheets the next morning.My first body pillow cover was defective due to the faulty zipper rail. After a few washings the zipper rail ends became more and more exposed, so that the ends were sticking off the cover material. That's how the zipper head came off. After a washing, I put my body pillow in the case and went to close the zipper. Got towards the end and zzzzzip the head came straight off, as there was nothing to stop it. After 20 minutes of useless attempts to get the head back on, I quite trying, and emailed the company.I contacted the company and explained the problems. I thought this was just one of those things that happens once in a while, and no big deal. I had a warranty and I used it. They had me take pictures of the defects and then send the photos to them, so they could see if there really was a defect. I did not like their response. I was told, "Well, as a one time courtesy, we'll replace the cover." One time courtesy!? What? They make a defective product and then try to make me feel as if I'm being a burden, so this "one time" they will give ME a courtesy of a replacement? That is absolutely ridiculous. I think they wanted to blame me and not accept direct responsibility due to their serious lack of safe and proper design, along with poor manufacturing.I received the replacement cover, and it verified that their design and manufacturing has problems. The new replacement cover had the exact same loose construction of the zipper, with the exact same zipper problem. After use and a few washings the zipper-rail ends came loose. And this time, while I was sleeping, the zipper head came off, and could not be put back on.The zippers on these cases are AWFUL. I had the exact same flaws and problems with 3 of their pillow cases. My queen pillow case cover, I've managed to keep intact as I have to be VERY careful not to pull the zipper head off as it gets to the end. For the two body pillows, one zipper head came right off as I was closing it, and the replacement cover, the zipper head came off WHILE I was sleeping. There are no two ways about this, the zippers are pathetic, and dangerous as they have sharp edges that can scratch you while sleeping. This goes for the body pillow case and the regular pillow case covers.Unless and until this company acknowledges and corrects the faulty and dangerous zipper, I will not purchase anymore cases from them, even though I really like the material and it's quality. The zipper needs to be secure, safe, and properly sewn in. 2Keeps my memory foam pillow cool It took a while to get here but I'd buy it again. Well made and I no longer wake up with sweaty hair. I use this with a pillow case over it but it's not necessary. The cover is very soft and comfortable by itself. 5Relief-Mart will take care of you! The Zipper pillow cover is the way to go for sure! I purchased a Snuggle =Pedic Bamboo memory foam pillow back in Oct. of 2016. Very nice pillow my only problem was I felt like it didn't have enough memory foam for my comfort so I Contacted Relief-Mart and to my surprise they paid to have my pillow sent back and returned with including a customization form which controls the amount of memory foam in a percentage format. Now here is the kicker, they did that for me three times. And than I got smart on the third time and purchased a Zipper Removeable Pillow Cover for my pillow and asked them to overstuff cause now I can add or subtract the foam according to my level of comfort. And one Customer Service Rep. in particular was most helpful and patient to please me as a Customer her name is Stephanie. You are the Best! And my sleep is better! 5Snuggly soft! Soft and breathable this cover is great for my Snuggle Pedic and I think would be great for any pillow. It has a lovely soft squishy feel to it and keeps my Snuggle Pedic pillow cool under head all night long. I love being able to keep the pillow safe from any creams or oils that I use on my face before bed and can take this off to wash as needed. The company is fantastic and very responsive to any questions and I love that it's made in the USA! 5The tag is a very minor irritant but easily solved with a pair of scissors I ordered a body pillow case from Relief Mart. They shipped it out and offered me an extra pillow case at no charge and requested an honest review. I have received and inspected both pillowcases. First, the seller ships promptly and neatly packages their items.The pillow case is a thick bamboo fabric, very soft, and maintained its shape in the washing machine and dryer . It fits a standard body pillow very well and zips securely on the bottom. The tag is a very minor irritant but easily solved with a pair of scissors. I like and recommend this item. I would buy it again. 5Company goes above and beyond for customers satisfaction!!!! Hi, I just received the King sized Snuggle-Pedic pillow today. I also purchased the Snuggle Pedic King sized Bamboo Kool Flow pillowcover from Amazon for 19.99. I didn't open that yet but I did put the pillow in the dryer for 20 minutes and it fluffed up very nicely. I wasn't going to use the cover until I was sure I liked the pillow. I have a really bad reoccuring pinced nerve in my neck that has me crying for days when it rears up. All I do now is flip pillows all night long!! I pray this pillow works. I read alot of the reviews on this pillow and most are positive. I'll keep the cover unopened for a few days, is that ok?
