    it sparks joy (not as in shocking my sister, but she doesn't visit often)Hopefully this little thing will last..I'm not a big paper towel user (I consider them wasteful and tend to use washable things), but this sparked joy for me... a little usable bling to help quide me toward doing renovations on my own... gave me hope that one day I will replace all my handyman stole.. and the broken windows by the neighbor who retaliated after animal control fined her for not leashing her intact male pitbulls.. are just a hiccup... and having the police not charge any of the people I caught on camera doing the crimes is not a bad thing... it's just another lesson in life... no, it is not fair. Yes, people who don't go jerry back to psychos are still pooped on. No, I will not check the "race" button and have a blue avitar (color doesn't matter... unless you're orange...) amd HECK YEAH!! I spent a bit of my tiny wage on a paper towel holder... that only I have seen... my little secret... kinda like my tinnitus.. 5Sturdy and inexpensive!When someone in our house is sick we use paper towels to prevent the spread of germs. I needed a second paper towel holder for our bathroom and this fit the bill! It's sturdy and well made. You do have to use two hands to tear the paper towel off the roll but unless a paper towel holder is marketed as " one handed tearing" then you'll have to use two hands with most. My 3 and 4 year old are able to tear the sheets off by themselves. This is a great deal for the price, especially considering some paper towel holders are upwards of $20. 5It looks nice, but it does not do the job very ...It looks nice, but it does not do the job very well. Often the paper towel falls off after a few hours. 1Love this thingLove this thing. Just slide paper towel over center holder. Inexpensive. Sturdy. I have 3 of these - in different locations in my house. There are many different types of paper towel holders - most are over designed and cost twice or three times as much. This one is simple, attractive, light, portable, and easy to use. Highly recommended. 5Pleasantly surprisedI wasn't sure I needed this, but was tired of the unfinished look of the paper towel roll just sitting on the counter. Also, I had to pick up the whole roll to tear off one sheet. (I know this sounds very first world problemish.) For the price it was worth a gamble.Well - I am glad I ordered it, because it actually is perfect. It's easier to tear a sheet off the roll, AND it looks really nice on the counter. So -- 5 stars! I have no idea about durability but I will hope for the best. 5Another use: toilet paper multiple roll holder, works great.We are using it for storing toilet rolls in the bathroom rather than for paper towels. It fits in perfectly with our 1930's black and white tile and chrome fixtures and holds three to four rolls perfectly. I don't have the issue of the paper towel falling off the frame when not in use as others have mentioned. My Mom has lived in her condo for 26 years, 2 years ago I had to move in with her to help her out and it also helped me out. I tried to accept some of her "ways" because she has mid stage dementia and we try to keep things as normal and regular for her as possible but this dang plastic paper towel holder kept collapsing on me or rather the paper towels that hung from it. I honestly tried at one point to rip it off but it would damage the cupboard so I just put tape over it and since it's underneath you can't see it (yes, I'm sure I could unscrew it - I'm a girl - what can I say? :-) I tape over things). Anyway, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a paper towel holder and I definitely did not want to have another one under the cupboard - I liked my paper towels standing up - it makes sense to me to do this - just pull one off and wha la - you got your paper towels! It is exactly as expected, light but sturdy enough to not easily knock over when you pull a towel off of it and it's "quiet" in the sense that it just simply holds the towels in place and does not detract from the look of the kitchen OR take up a lot of space.
