    It was great until after the 5th useIt was great until after the 5th use. The coals under it got the bars red hot, which is to be expected. The three middle bars are now warped, so the 3 inch height in the center is now 2 inches. It's cheep and can't handle the wait of a couple of logs without bending. 2Must have for a fire pit with a sand base.I bought the 30" and the legs aren't as tall as the they look on the pic. Not a big problem, I put some cinder blocks underneath them to raise it higher. Otherwise, it sits so low in the pit and dig in not leaving much room for air. Price was much more reasonable than other choices. 4Perfect for my burn barrel log grate!Very heavy duty! I have a stainless steel burn barrel of an odd diameter (22.63") that I built and needed a heavy duty grate for logs at the bottom. This grate will last forever and never burn up! Exactly what I was looking for! 5Very heavy duty, haven't had a chance to use ...Very heavy duty, haven't had a chance to use it yet. Only complaint are the legs are short. Simple fix was to slide 1/2 inch threaded pipe of your choice over the legs to get the height you desire. 4Great!Nice Quality! 5Great grate, or grate great......I purchased the 32' fire pit ring from Amazon, and this 30' grate to go inside. Probably only about 1/2" of clearance on either side.This thing is truly heavy duty, and nicely finished. Very impressed. I did place 4 bricks on edge around the outside, and one flat under the center leg. With the relatively short (3" ?) Will last forever. Just what I needed. 5Decent strength but rusts easily24 grate works well in a 30 fire pit. Holds wood above ground to allow airflow. Legs are a bit short so I propped it up on a few extra patio stones. After a little less than 2 years of being outdoors, it has tons of surface rust. Probably good for 3 years or so before needing to be replaced. 2Good product 36 inch sizeGood sturdy product. Holds logs in place. Welds appear to be good---but time and heat will tell. So far only have had two fires in my fire pit to determine the usefullness of the product. I placed one inch fire bricks under each leg to provide extra stability since my fire pit is not on concrete or a fire brick slab. The fire pit is 20 inches deep at the base (lower than walls) and filled with lava rock....so the need for stability. Only complaint is that the product was poorly packaged and had three spots that were already rusted when arriving. 4
