    InterlockableWhen these brackets arrived, they were just in a small plastic bag, with no instructions. It took an bit of studying, along with trial and error to figure out how they went together. It is not particularly intuitive. AFter a bit, I figured it out, and they went together fine. You do have to be careful, though, when drilling the mounting holes that the pieces being assembled are square. If not, the final assembly may not look as you'd like. One last thing, there are no screws included. You must provide your own mounting hardware. 4I wish I had known about these earlierThis was perfect for by bed frame project. Just make sure to test them on some scrap wood first so that you understand exactly where the holes need to be placed in your head and foot boards and rails. These work better than other versions that I have seen on beds purchased from the store. If I had known about this product I would have replaced it on my old bed. These are sturdy. 5Order the right sizeI ordered the wrong size, my bad. They looked like to ones I needed but were to short 4Able to fix the bed frame perfectly!The bed rail brackets worked perfectly! A very nice wood bed-frame was given to me because "it's broken." With a little ingenuity (and by "ingenuity," I mean that I know someone who's an amazing carpenter/cabinet maker), and the help of these bed rail brackets, I was able to fix the bed-frame. Great product! 5Functioned well and as expected.They worked as expected. The only complaint I have is that it is hard to tell which pieces are supposed to fit together. It would be helpful if they were marked some how, perhaps with "A" and "B" or "L" and "R", or something like that. After figuring out which ones fit together, they worked great! 4awesome, yet a bit intriguing to installafter building 4 bed frames and the rail hardware i used, these are amazing. this design is ingenious. the fit is perfect and keeps a 60" high head board from moving the slightest bit. As others have said, figuring out how they work takes a bit of trial and error. there are no instructions that come with them. i used the picture from the product on the internet to sort them out. you need to use two identical pieces together. and, i cannot stress strongly enough the importance of installing them PERFECTLY!!! the is no room for error for this design! they must line up with the edges of the rails to the 100th of an inch. it's not hard. just take your time and you'll find these to deliver the best results. And, i suggest using the longest and strongest screw you can. Remember how much force is being placed on these brackets. I had the opportunity to use 2 1/2" #10 screws on the head and foot boards. You're obviously limited on the screw length for the rails. But, use #8 or #10 screws which ever fit.good luck 5great bracketsGreat, as long as you have room on your posts. Very easy to mount and very secure 5loved this bed mount i think it is better than ...loved this bed mount i think it is better than the hook type i would buy again if i make or fix more beds. 5Rock solidAs other reviewers have said, there are no installation screws (buy some #8 wood screws at your favorite hardware store - you'll need a total of 6 screws if you are repairing one joint or 24 for a full bed), there are no instructions on how to install these, and they come with a thin coating of oil on them. Be careful opening the bag, and wipe them down with a rag.For installation, there are 4 "left" brackets and 4 "right" brackets. Each joint needs two identical brackets. Take a look at the picture to see how they are installed (those in the picture are the "left" brackets, if memory serves). They install very easily - make sure the bracket on the rail is exactly flush with the end of the rail, mark the position of the holes with a pencil, and drill a pilot hole exactly in the center. When installed properly, the rail is perfectly flush with the post with no gap, and it is rock solid.Ingenious design, and highly recommended. 5Tight, sturdy, and can be taken apartThese are great brackets! I used them in a toddler's train table; they fit snug and tight, yet can be taken apart if need be. The table is for my grandsons, and I know they will jump on it, so durability and tight fit are requirements! These did the job perfectly. 5
