Description

Accidents in the home and workplace are a common event. We've designed our largest SURVIVAL kit to give you piece of mind. This kit contains all the essential items to respond to an emergency. From a small cut to a burn, heart attack, major wound, snake bite or fracture. Gone are the days of opening up the plastic box first aid kit and not knowing where the item you need for the emergency is. Our home/workplace first aid kit is specially designed to ensure you get quick access to the first aid component you need. Our kit also teaches you about first aid as each component is labelled and tells you what it should be used for. This kit will exceed your expectations and may well save you or one of your loved one's lives one day. Act now and don't regret not being prepared. Buying from Survival ensures you are getting quality. We know there are cheap first aid kit bags out there with 300 items in them. These bags are cheap, will not last and will not save you during an emergency. There may be many components in these cheap kits, however look closely at their quality and purpose as quality counts over quantity. Your life is worth purchasing this kit. NOTE: There is no antiseptic liquid/satchels included with this kit. This pocket is empty (as per the photo) and is why we have reduced the price of our kit to represent this item which is not included. Cheers from Australia and The Survival Team.

Customer Reviews

Excellent bag I held off on buying this kit for a while because it's more expensive than many kits with similar contents, but finally purchased it when there was a lightning deal. After examining it, it's worth it and would have been even without the sale. It's an excellent bag-- the labeled compartments are fantastic and just what you want in an emergency. Thinking and judgement are notoriously poor in emergencies and the careful labeling should really help. Anyone who is serious about their first aid will end up customising their kit and adding supplies anyway --I recommend getting this kit because the capacious pockets and clear divisions are the perfect home for those superior supplies. 5Great bag As a medic I'm going to give a run down, and review of this kit made by survival. First off before anyone says anything I purchased this with my own hard earned overtime money while it was on sale $75 normally its $100 and currently its $120.-1 reason ~ the reason I knocked 1 star off the review is because of the faulty zipper string (minor, but quality control issue as this is the most expensive kit out there in its class to my knowledge.) Also the company refuses to listen to the large amounts of people asking for a plain bag version on Amazon, and the primary survival website. This is a good kit with good items, but for people in health care who know exactly what they need and what they like in their Ebag we hate buying stuff we know we don't need. No tourniquet simply a key feature all med kits should have these days in case of major trauma super easy to use and saves more life's today than anything else.4 reason ~ these are quality bags alone that says something because most on the market are either tiny with no space, but high quality or large with poor organizational systems and poor quality. This bag has great organization which is key in emergency situations as you need to know where specific things are fast but you also need to know your kit like the back of your hand! If you ever become the patient you want someone to be able to find the life saving gear you have in your bag.Key features this bag has that really make it shine. Burn gel (not many kits have this, but would be nice to have a burn dressing to use along side with it) Fabric bandaids that actually stick pretty well. (not 1st rate but a close 2nd) first aid handbook (its English doesn't refer to things in American names for certain items but understandable and agrees with my training for the most part) paper based medical tape (also has some stick) saline solution in multi tubes (indispensable in some situations) temp gauges (not too sure on the quality but if they work extremely useful)Things that I think were average to subpar. trauma shears nothing special better than nothing. the huge tweezers not the best for splinters or other small objects but would work for field surgery. CPR mask (huge pet peeve I hate the thin ones that act as plastic barriers the seal is terrible when you can get one) definitely upgrading. Steri strips 9 is not enough for a kit like this.Things to add or upgrade I would have put quickclot in this kit and intend to burn dressing. dedicated pocket mask with most common size opa's. antiseptic wipes, alcohol, peroxide, iodine. tourniquet. occlusive sheet for sucking chest wounds. off the shelf meds benadryl, advil, Tylenol, aspirin (understand why they don't have it in the kit though) blood glucose test, and glucose. 4Perfect for any vehicle. Great addition to our vehicle. Haven't used it --- thank goodness. But its a nice reassurance knowing its there. Perfect size, very well designed. Great quality. 5Great First Aid Kit. I bought this kit to be our Cub Scout Hike/Camp kit. We have several EMTs, Doctors and Nurses in our Pack. The ones that see this really like the contents and color coding. Is it perfect, no. Does it cover the common items to address minor injuries and stabilize moderate injuries, big Yes.We use a larger system for longer camping and car camping, but this is the one the "medic" has on them at all times and the one the hike leader has in their pack.It fits well in one of the compartments of our daypacks. Zero complaints by those that have carried and used the kit. 5Very well-organized and stocked. This kit seems incredibly well-organized and stocked. As a Registered Nurse, I wanted a decent Fist Aid Kit for my home emergency kit. This fits the bill! 5Best bag out there. This FIrst Aid kit seems to cover the bases extremely well for a home/ vehicle/ camping kit. There are a few things I will add for more personal use. There are 2 features I really like that I ve not seen in any other kit. 1st being the very well labeled and color coded compartments. So much easier to locate specific items in an emergency. The 2nd is the zip off section. I will use this in my backpack when hiking. There is plenty of room to add smaller items to both the main kit and the zip off section. The bag is one of the best I ve seen I can see why it s requested to be sold separately for those who wish to customize. 5Great kit. Worth the price. Excellent case. Good variety of items. I've bought 4 other hughley rated first aid kitsch in the 40 -60 dollar range. This is much better. I added a splint kit and some extra antiseptic and a few other bandages. This has most things you'll need, but the best part is the case. Its well organized and great for customizing and adding on. 5Very well made, well organized, and super easy to use in an emergency! This is everything it claims to be. Super well put together - easy to read and identify in an emergency which item to grab. Very innovative set up. We've added a tick-remover and a headlamp, a couple of natural products and I think it doesnt have a tourniquet. Not sure about that, have to check again. Anyway it is really a great product and very well made and stocked. Yes we would buy it again. 5Great take along kit for camping Nice selection of First Aid items but not complete. I bought this to take with us when we go camping. It has one open pocket behind the center compartment. You can add a couple flat items (band aids, single dose meds). Three smaller compartments behind where the sheers are. However, if you choose to add additional things, in both compartments, it won't zip close. Eight single use tubes of Saline. Unfortunately All of the supplies say made in China. Only two things had expiration dates, the rest did not. I'm adding over the counter meds (Acetaminophen, aspirin, Neosporin, pepto etc) The picture is of the kit next to a 23oz bottle of water and 16oz bottle of Mt.Dew - right out of the box before I added stuff. The bag is of high quality and I like the fact that it comes with a presure bandage (Ace bandage), wound closures, 5prs of gloves, eye patches, hydro gell etc. I highly recommend that you go through this kit to see where things are and add the little extras that you may need. 4Fantastic! I read about this The Survival Team kit in Traverse magazine, a famous Australian international motorcycle travel magazine. I needed a powerful emergency first aid kit for domestic and international travel that would contain everything I might need but in a compact and easy to carry manner. I went various stores here in the US and nothing was available here that looked as good and substantial as the kit from The Survival Team. I wrote to them, hoping for an answer in maybe a week or so and Vicky responded almost immediately (given the 16hr time change, I do not want to even think about what time it was in Australia). Well I ordered it from Amazon and it was even better, more substantial and robust than I was expecting. The Kit has everything you need except wound cleaning alcohol and obviously medicines like Tylenol or Advil. The kit is great, perfect size, has everything I need and it comes in a easy to carry case. Plus there are various instructions included with it. A great product and I am a happy customer. Thanks Survival Team and thanks for your help Vicky! 5
