    ABSOLUTELY PERFECT QUALITY PRODUCT: DESERVE 100 STARS (See Pictures)Rarely do I find a product that deserve 5 Stars straight across the board/in every aspect (features included). I've purchased many products on Amazon -none of which I've ever placed in the category of "above and beyond Excellent" but this is the one that happens to fit perfectly within this category. I then added the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced to this PERFECT PRODUCT and I can only say: Delamu Rock! In all honesty, I would definitely give this 100 Stars if possible.The entire Bamboo Sushi Kit is absolutely well made, easy to use, easy to clean, high-end restaurant quality, and durable. it was very nicely packaged, and instructions clear, in-depth and very easy to follow. No one (myself included) in my household has ever made Sushi before but (thanks to the enclosed instructions), there were no issues making it. Take a look at the pictures from preparing the ingredients to the final results of finished product. My daughter did an awesome job utilizing these products to make "FISH-FREE SUSHI" with Pickled Ginger on top (as depicted in pictures), was delectable! Finally, I highly recommend this set. It comes at a small cost but don't let that deter you--the quality and overall afore-mentioned features is undoubtedly above and beyond Excellent, thus (IMO), it is the Perfect product! And I'm this case this kit was the perfect perscription for homesick heart 5excellent rolling matsLet me start by saying...wrap the mats in saran wrap. This makes for easy clean up. The bamboo sticks are straight and placed close together so there aren't big gaps in between and the cording is sturdy. The chopsticks are a good quality. The paddle and spreader are also good quality and don't bend when in use. It's nice that it comes with two mats as I can make sushi with my daughter. 5Kit worked well and was a huge help for a beginner like my selfUsed this kit for my first stab at rolling maki. Kit worked well and was a huge help for a beginner like my self. The spatula works well for flipping/cooling your rice (if you are making your own at home). The only reason I gave the kit 4 rather than 5 stars, is the fact that the chop sticks are held in pairs by stickers. The stickers are very hard to remove and leave a sticky residue that was very difficult to get off. I would suggest changing these to a paper wrapper with the sticky part only at the end where the paper overlaps. Other than that, I highly recommend this item. 4Mats are a must for sushi makingWorked well. My first time making sushi and it turned out nice. The mat is definitely needed for easy sushi making. I wrapped it with plastic wrap to prevent rice getting stuck in the crevices. I already have a couple if rice paddles but now I have an extra one . The spreader worked really well. Overall a very nice kit. 5Works well.This is exactly what you expect from a traditional bamboo sushi rolling mat. There are inherently some problems with that design, and it is somewhat easy to overcome those drawbacks, but compared to other bamboo sushi mats, this is as good as any I have seen. One problem is that the design of these mats allows moisture from the rice and other ingredients to get into the string attaching the bamboo sticks together. The way around this is to use cling wrap to put a barrier between the food and the mats, this is the way I have seen most sushi Restaurants do it.The other way that I have found works well for me, is to put it inside of a Ziploc bag. This method works well because it s simple and the fact that it seals it self together means that it doesn t come apart like cling wrap can, but it doesn t necessarily stay as close to the bamboo as cling wrap does. 4Great sushi kit for someone who wants to learn a new skill!I got this kit on a whim, basically I just wanted to try to make Sushi for the first time. For the price you can't really go wrong! The mats were great and the everything else included was helpful. It comes with an online guide which is nice , but you can also go online and find a ton of videos on how to roll sushi. I've made about 4 rolls over the course of two nights and am really satisfied. I made vegan sushi for my wife and she loved it.The key to make a sushi roll is to buy the right rice. I bought Koshihikari rice, which is a very short grain rice. Wash the rice with cold water in a bowl by sturing then drain or use a colander. Do this about three times until water is clear. This allows excess starch to be removed. I cook it in a rice cooker its easy that way. The ratio is 1:1. For instance one cup rice one cup water. Once cooked I add a half teaspoon of sushi seasoning liquid to rice and stir. Leave for 5 min to set. Then evenly spread rice over Nori. Add what you want to center of roll. Roll it firmly. Cut and serve. 5Very easy to use.Loved using everything in the kit. I was a little nervous at first, but The material really helped. 5
