Garbage These things are complete garbage. Luckily they come in a two pack because one will surely break after a month or two of light use. Very cheaply made. The first set I ordered were both cracked with chards of plastic in the packaging. This second set had small chips, so not worth returning again, but the center metal piece of one fell out after about 5 uses and the second one cracked near the rubber stopper. 1Noticeable difference in taste- great item... I bought these because I drink red wine fairly often. I am not a wine specialist, but I know what I like and buy very good wine at very reasonable prices... so I received these, and am very pleased with them. Very well priced and a nice sturdy item. I did a taste test to see if I could notice a difference. Sipped some wine out of the bottle left to breathe for a couple of minutes; then some wine poured through the aerator and sipped immediately. The difference is VERY NOTABLE, even to my untrained palate. The wine tasted fresher, smoother, less harsh and more flavorful! I no longer drink reds without using these - and if I forget, I pour the wine back in the bottle and attach the aerator. Another nice feature? There are no wine drops coming down the side of the aerator- the lip of the aerator stops that, so no more risk of dripping onto a tablecloth or a shirt. Great item, I plan to buy more as gifts! 5Works great! Just recently we visited the Willamette Valley wine country in Oregon. While at a couple of tasting rooms we noticed that they had a wine pourer with an aerator built right in. We've had a Rabbit Aerator for the past 4-5 years and loved it, but it takes up counter or cabinet space. This pourer is all in one and fits in my kitchen gadget drawer. I cleans up easily. BTW it aerates the wine really well! I highly recommend it. 5These do the trick! I ordered several sets of these as gifts and they work extremely well. They also keep the red wine from dripping when poured, which I love! They do make the wine pour slowly, but that s part of the aeration process. The gift box is nothing fancy. Each aerator is individually wrapped, with two inside each small box. They fit well inside the wine bottle, with a rubber lining to stay put when you pour.
