Works great for the poolWorks great for the pool! It's the same material as my husbands basketball shorts, so super breathable. It's tied exactly like a moby/solly wrap so if you can do that, you can do this! It's super easy once you get it down! It was perfect for wading around in the shallow end while my 3 year old swam. Mt baby's body only went in to like his butt or so.Only thing that made it lose a star is how short it is! I'm not a thin person but I'm also not obese by any means, and the wrap barely has any tail left on it when I tie it, and was also hard to tie bc of how short it was. If anybody is bigger than I am it won't fit them. My other wraps have a long tail left behind so people who are large can use it, too.The wrap also has no stretch to it like the other wraps mentioned do but I was still abke to get a great hold with it so that was no biggie. It also dried quickly! 4Excellent but slipperyWorks great, exactly what I was looking for. Took off one star because it s pretty slippery with my wriggly baby, but I reversed how I wrap him (across his back/bottom, then the criss-cross over that) and now it s very secure. 4Great for beginner baby wearersI love this. Not for heavy babiesThe fabric is incredibly lightweight. I opted to buy this instead of making my own. (This was cheaper than buying yards of fabric, and faster). In all reality, this should be 2-ply of this fabric. It is so lightweight that if offers almost no support and is very slippery. It is the mesh fabric that is used as a liner on athletic shorts. I wrapped my 3 month old in this and it does *work*, I would consider sewing two of them together to feel more secure.I will use this at the community pool when we swim as a family.Beware, I would not use this with heavier babies. I would say this has a 20 lb weight limit at max given the fabric.Hope this helps. 2Quality product, but uncomfortable wearI babywear daily so I'm used to different wraps/packs etc. This was not the best experience. The product is of great quality and feel. The material itself (like basketball shorts) is so slick though that it bunches and slides around near constantly, making it very uncomfortable to wear. I'm a relatively thin person and this wrap still managed to shimmy into my stomach and sides in unflattering places. I wore it over a 2 day period and ended up just switching to my SSC half way through our water park trip. 3 stars because it's not cheaply made and seems like it would really work for some but definately not for me and possibly not for you either. 4I love to use this wrap everywhere!I got this wrap after realizing that the heavy fabric of my other wrap is way too hot for the summer. I was very pleased with how lightweight the fabric is along with how secure I feel like my baby is in this. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and my baby is now 6 weeks old. It has been great so far and I am looking forward to use it as he grows. I wear this wrap every where with him. I have used this at the park, the botanical gardens, in the store, and even in the pool. When I used this in the pool the other day I was impressed with how well it stayed in place and how quickly it dried afterwards. The colors seem to have stayed the same as well. I would definitely recommend this wrap to others.I was initially worried about how difficult it would be to learn to put this wrap on so I watched tons of videos before using the similar wrap I had gotten as a hand me down. I tested to see if the wrap seemed right on one of my older sons stuffed animals. It was a lot easier to learn than I thought it would be and I have gotten faster at putting it on the more I have used it and I am feeling like a pro at it now. I know some people have said that they felt the need to attempt to make the wrap looser to accommodate their child but I feel like the material has enough stretch to just put it on and stretch the fabric over my baby. That may change once he gets a little bigger though. 5Very nice wrap- especially for the priceVery nice wrap- especially for the price. I was concerned because some of the reviews say it's not stretchy, but I found it has a nice amount of give- not as much as a Moby, but enough to put it on and adjust it a bit for comfort. I haven't worn it for long periods of time, but for around the house and short walks it's been nice. Much cooler than the regular Moby- really feels just about as warm as just carrying the baby. I got the sky blue and it's also actually quite pretty! Wrapped properly, it looks like I'm wearing a light t-shirt. Looking forward to trying it in the pool. 5I recommend that after baby's been riding in the carrier for ...I was looking for a light-weight baby wrap made out of mesh material and this was the most attractively priced for quality/design option. I was looking for a summer option for my infant and did not try to take this into the water. I preferred this over some other branded ones due to the fact that I felt it was the right mix of non-stretchy but not overly tight mesh material used to make the wrap and was reasonably priced.The key to wraps in general is the type of material used to make the wrap (let's be honest, the other "problems" are usually operator error) as you need some stretch in the fabric but still have tension to hold up a baby, which is often contradictory to the nature of breathable fabric, e.g. mesh. In this case, this is a lightweight mesh-esque material that's fairly breathable, think basic gym short material. This makes the fabric very slippery, and not always with a lot of slack. I found that the edges of the wrap were a bit more forgiving than some of the other ones I've encountered and my baby was not bothered by the edges riding up on his legs (whereas some other ones he squawked and was visibly uncomfortable), so it became the preferred use wrap.You do need to be practiced in putting a baby in a cotton wrap before attempting this due to the lack of slack and slippery fabric. Further, I recommend that after baby's been riding in the carrier for some time to adjust the material as it can ride up on the baby's butt. I don't think this should detract from the product necessarily because all wrap type carriers require tweaking over time. 5Excellent water wrap!I'm a babywearing fanatic, and was desperate to get a good, sturdy water wrap for my newest squish. The more popular brands out there are $80 or more, and it just didn't seem worth it to me.I was so impressed with this wrap! First, the packaging was wonderful. The wrap comes in a drawstring bag made of the same material- unexpected but super helpful. The directions were clear (and funny!) and written in plain, easy-to-understand language. There was even a bandanna bib thrown in with the order which made my day. I tried out the wrap that night and wow- absolutely perfect. Grippy but not too tight, and I never felt like baby was going to slip or wasn't secure. Obviously reading the directions is going to be helpful. No, this wrap isn't as stretchy as a moby or k'tan but it's not supposed to be. I found it to be very easy to use. Baby was extremely content and I see this wrap getting a lot of use in the future. I'm also officially a fan of this company! 5
