    Love this! Cute product. We definitely needed these for our child because we kept losing the binkys without it. Worked like a charm. We had this binky until my son stopped using them almost a year later. We were able to wash them easily. The only negative I can find is that once the binky wears out, there s no way to put another binky on the animal. You just have to buy another one and that can get pricey. Other than that, love this product! 4Will purchase again if it runs away! We had a monkey version of this twice, and we're on the the elephant. . . because they keep disappearing! The first monkey left while dad was around, and the second while I (mom) was watching. No idea how we lost such a large pacifier, but it's worth it to order a new one every few months. Baby does well with the soothie, which is the type of pacifier attached to the animal, and she also will chew on the stuffed animal part, depending upon if she wants to chew or suck. Teething only lasts so long, right? 5Helped with night time for baby! I bought this because my baby is attached to her pacifier when sleeping, and she would wake up throughout the night having lost it - in turn waking us to get out of bed to get it. It took about a week after purchasing this, but she quickly figured out that a pacifier was attached to the soft elephant doll, and it has nixed our nighttime pacifier problems! She can find it herself at night.I don't bring it out of the house though. In my opinion, although it is relatively small and light compared to most stuffed animals, it seems big and bulky to use as a pacifier when playing. I also wouldn't want to wash it more frequently which would be necessary if used outside the crib.Very happy with the purchase, especially for our purposes! 5BABY PACIFIER FIRST, AND MOST IMPORTANT THE BABY LOVES IT! He plays with it; since he is teething, it helps with the gum discomfort. I bought 3 different kind and he loves all of them . The elephant, puppy and tiger! Every time I am washing one; there are others to take the place, so he always has one. They are also a distraction while you're making a bottle. Definitely worth having! 5Every baby needs one! My baby loves his WubbaNub! When he was a newborn and wanted a pacifier in his car seat it was a nightmare because if it fell out of his mouth it would fall all the way down underneath him in his seat. The WubbaNub would just rest right on his chest and (at a light) it would make it so much easier to reach back, locate and reinsert into his mouth. As he's gotten older he's not a huge fan of sucking on a pacifier but we still use it daily, as more of a toy. It is small enough for him to hold and maneuver and he now just chews on the ears and feet. It's an easy item to toss into the car seat that keeps them entertained! 5Your go to pacifier! We love these pacifiers! All three of our babies loved this nipple shape and prefer this over other types of pacifiers. The attachment of the stuffed animal is not only super cute but also functional as it keeps the pacifier grounded in the babies mouth when lying down making it less likely to fall out. The elephant is super super soft. The only downside is that is challenging to truly sterilize since you can t put it directly into a sterilizer or dishwasher with other bottles. We throw it in the washing machine on delicate and it holds up well without fraying or damage and then pour hot water over it. This is our go to pacifier and highly recommend! 5Stick with it Since we left the hospital my son has never been a big pacifier soother. We were having trouble finding anything that calmed him down. He would take his pacifier for a few minutes and then spit it out and cried till we put it back in. It become a constant battle of getting up and down every time he spit it out. I ordered the WabbaNub as a last effort, in hopes it would help him keep the pacifier in his mouth. The first few days he spit the "teddy" (what we call his pacifiers) out just the same as his other pacifiers, however, after continuously putting it in his mouth and showing him how to hold onto the stuffed elephant he began to take it very easily. It is now his favorite thing in the world and the only thing that soothes him. When he starts to cry, I give him his teddy and he holds it while he sucks till he falls asleep. I have since gotten him two other WabbaNubs- the owl and dinosaur. He spit those out the first few days as well, but after he worked the nipple they became just as soothing. He still loves his elephant teddy most but the owl and dinosaur work just as well and are good back ups for when his elephant is being washed or is accidentally left at the grandparents house.I found that when the pacifiers are brand new the nipples are harder and not as easy to suck, however, once the nipple has been worked a little it becomes softer and more to my sons liking. So, if your baby does the same thing when they first get their WabbaNub don't give up too quickly. Let them get used to the nipple and try working it yourself- with your washed hands- to make it softer for baby.I've read in some reviews that parents were concerned with the safety of the pacifier because of the weight but baby is very capable of spitting it out and/or can pull it with their hands. It has never been a concern for me as a chocking hazard and I am very comfortable leaving my son in his crib as he takes a nap which his "teddy" while I am out of the room.I know the WabbaNub is a bit more expensive than a typical pacifier but it works and it's also a sweet stuffed animal for baby to hold. I can't imagine life with a baby without his WabbaNub. 5helpful These are such a great idea. Not only does it give them a little stuffed animal to hold onto, but it lets them suck on a binky as well and helps keep it in their mouth a little better. As long as your baby likes the soothie brand of binky this is perfect. The elephant is the perfect size for their little hands as well. such a fun idea. 5NICU baby loves it We bought this at the recommendation of one of our nurses, as our baby is in the NICU and has a hard time keeping a pacifier. She LOVES it! Not only does the weight of the elephant help her to keep it in her mouth, but she also loves to snuggle it. While it is a great idea, I had to knock off a star. Like others, I don't know why they permanently secured the pacifier to it. There's really no easy way to clean or change just the pacifier as it gets old or dirty. 4I like to sterilize new pacifiers Very cute. My baby loves it, and it's a Soothie pacifier which is awsome. It's a decent size. My baby is only two months so I don't let her sleep with it. Only negative is that it is not detachable. I like to sterilize new pacifiers. I had to boil water and dip the pacifier in a cup without trying to get the plush toy wet.Update: I have washed the wubbanub in the washer, in a small mesh garment bag. No damage, I feel a lot better about this product now 4
